Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy describes how Riverstone Corporate Pty Ltd trading as VWAP.com.au (ABN 42 883 208 403) of 2/158 Cambridge Street, West Leederville WA 6007 ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through vwap.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Questions and requests can be sent to info@vwap.com.au.

2. What we collect

When you order a report we collect the details you enter on the order form: your name, email address, phone number if provided, company name, and the security and calculation parameters for the report (ticker, period, markets, service level, payment method, quantity and amount). When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message. We do not collect card numbers; card payments are made directly to our payment processor, Stripe, and we store only a payment reference.

The site also uses the Google tag for advertising measurement, which sets cookies and records page views, order events and enquiry events (see section 6).

3. How we use it

We use the information you provide to prepare and deliver the report you ordered, to process payment, to send order and payment confirmation emails, to respond to enquiries, and to keep business records. Where you tick the optional listing permission on the order form, we may also name the ASX listed company the report relates to on this site as having used the service. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email lists; the emails we send are about your order or your enquiry.

4. Who we share it with

Order and enquiry details are handled by the service providers that run this site: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database hosting, Sydney region) and Google (email delivery and advertising measurement). Order and enquiry notifications are also delivered to the company's principals. Ticker searches on the order form are looked up against a third-party market data service; the search text is sent without your name or contact details. Beyond that, we disclose personal information only where required by law.

5. Storage, security and overseas disclosure

Order and enquiry records are stored in a database hosted in Australia. Some of our service providers, including Stripe and Google, process data on infrastructure located overseas, including in the United States, under their own privacy undertakings. Access to stored records is limited to the people who prepare reports and administer the business, and the site is served over HTTPS.

6. Cookies and advertising

The site loads the Google tag (Google Ads), which uses cookies to measure page views, attribute order and enquiry events to advertising, and support remarketing. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), and you can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

7. Retention

Order records, delivered reports and related correspondence are retained as business and tax records for at least seven years. Contact form messages are retained while they remain relevant to an enquiry or a business relationship. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or de-identified.

8. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@vwap.com.au. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.
