Terms of Service

    Effective 12 August 2026

    1. Who we are

This website and the services offered on it are operated by Riverstone Corporate Pty Ltd trading as VWAP.com.au (ABN 42 883 208 403) of 2/158 Cambridge Street, West Leederville WA 6007 ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@vwap.com.au. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

    2. The service

We prepare volume weighted average price (VWAP) calculation reports for securities quoted on Australian markets. Reports are prepared from trade-level data to the definition of volume weighted average market price in ASX Listing Rule 19.12, for the security, period and parameters you specify when ordering, and are delivered by email as a written report with an accompanying spreadsheet of the underlying data and workings.

    3. Information, not advice

Reports are factual calculations supplied for information. They are not financial product advice, investment advice, legal advice or a recommendation of any kind, and we are not licensed to provide financial advice. Responsibility for any decision, announcement or lodgement that relies on a report, including satisfying the ASX Listing Rules or any other regulatory requirement, remains with you and your advisers.

    4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are displayed at the time of ordering, are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken by card through our payment processor, Stripe. Work on a report begins once payment has been received and the order details are complete. If anything in an order is unclear or appears incorrect, we will contact you before preparing the report.

    5. Delivery

Target delivery times are stated on the order form and run from the later of cleared payment and receipt of complete order details. If we cannot meet the stated time for your order we will tell you promptly, and if the delay does not suit you, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

    6. Refunds and corrections

If we are unable to prepare a report you have paid for, we will refund the full amount paid. If a delivered report contains an error in the calculation or in the recorded parameters, tell us at info@vwap.com.au and we will correct and reissue it at no charge. If you cancel an order before work on it has started, we will refund the full amount paid. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    7. Data sources

Reports are prepared from market data supplied by third parties. We take care in selecting and handling that data, but we do not control its production and do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Each report states the period, markets and exclusion policy behind its figure so the calculation can be re-derived and checked.

    8. Use of reports and intellectual property

Once paid for, a report may be used within your organisation and provided to your advisers, to ASX or to a regulator in connection with the transaction it was prepared for. Reports may not be resold or republished as a standalone product. The content of this website, including the guides, remains our property and may be quoted with attribution.

    9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a report or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

    10. Privacy

Personal information collected through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. If part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
